Established therapy clients receive a separate login to Simple Practice, where you’ll be subject to their specific terms and conditions and regulations. Flow Psychotherapy occasionally offers services (workshops, etc.) for purchase exclusively through this website. These services are separate from clinical appointments, medical records, and payments made and/or managed through Simple Practice. 

All purchases through this website are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated without prior notice. For purchases made directly through flowpsychotherapy.net, we reserve the right to:

• Limit the sale of our services to any person or geographic region.

• Refuse any order you place with us.

• Cancel or reschedule these services under reasonable circumstances, in which case you will be notified via the contact information you provide. (Please note: Refunds will only be issued in the event of a cancellation of service by Flow Psychotherapy. Please refer to the next clause for details.)

• Therapy Appointment Cancellations: We do not schedule therapy appointments directly through this website. Please contact Flow Psychotherapy directly for all answers to questions regarding our current appointment cancellation policies. 

• Refunds on Services Purchased: Refunds are not typically issued for services (workshops, events, etc.) purchased directly through this website. If a prepaid service or event is canceled by Flow Psychotherapy, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

By purchasing services through this site, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and refund policy.
